Episode 10: I Don’t Want to Know

It begins with Sookie’s unbelievable discovery that her boss is a shape shifter- or so he says. Sookie is unconvinced with the story and sends Sam away

Tara gets her demon exorcised at a cost of $800 dollars. A knife full of blood gives her the belief that the demon has left and the whole experience takes a toll on her and she is unable to contain herself.

Amy realizes how Jason has been feeding Eddy with Tru Blood. This is after Eddie made the comment that he know Amy was planning on killing him. Amy, figuring this out suggests that they keep Eddie as a pet, instead of picking a fight with Jason.

Bill stands before the vampire magistrate as he is to be tried for the death of Longshadow. The usual punishment is being buried in a coffin for five years with silver tied around him, but the magistrate gives a different kind of punishment in a bid to get creative.

Sookie struggles to survive at Merlotte’s when the serial killer tries to attack her. Sam comes to her rescue by scaring him off.

Lafayette soon learnt of Eddie’s disappearance and that made him lash out at Jason. Eddie is however not as lucky as an ensuing argument of Jason and Amy lead to his death in the hands of Amy.

Bill as a sentence is forced into sinking his fangs in a kidnapped girl while his fellow kind stood around to watch.

Episode 5: Sparks Fly Out

Sookie’s irritation with Bill cannot be concealed as she was unhappy with the way he acted with the cop. He drops her at her house with the promise of not calling again. Gran’s advices her to see someone ‘normal’ instead of the vampire kind she is not afraid of. This leads to her being asked out by Sam to a date that involves Bill recollecting his memories of the Civil War.

Tara bursts into Lafayette’s house with clear anger on her face for the fact that he had been selling ‘V juice’, and to Jason for that matter.

Bill narrates of the sad time of his life when the war took a toll on him and separated from his beloved family. At the end of the narration, the Mayor gives Bill a photo to keep, and his emotion is too hard to conceal though the makes sure that no one sees his tears since they are bloody.

After his speech, Bill manages to convince Sarah to have coffee with him, though in the company of Sam who is clearly uncomfortable with the situation.

Two officers stop at Bill’s in an attempt to get some revelations into a murder that had occurred. Bill however points out that vampires could not be responsible for the kill as the victim still had blood in them.

Sookie arrives home after the disappointing date with Sam. A rude shock awaits her as she finds Gran’s body on the kitchen floor, with blood all over

Episode 4: Escape from Dragon House

When yet another of the Bon Tempts resident is found dead, Jason is taken in as a lead suspect. This is because Jason on the previous night we’re in a heated argument with the deceased and all fingers pointed to him.

Disappointed that his brother is always being caught in the wrong side of the law, and urged by Gran, Sookie chooses to use her abilities to find the real culprit behind the killing and in the process clear her brother’s name. This leads to her wanting to go to Fangtasia. It’s a vampire haven and that means that she cannot go on her own. She persuades Bill into taking her there which he agrees to.

While in Fangtasia, Sookie meets up with Eric, the thousand-year old vampire, powerful and a superior to Bill. He can’t help but be impressed with Sookie’s telepathic abilities. This is after the warning she gave the vampires of an impending attack by police.

As she tries to make her way back home, she tries to recollects all the thoughts she collected in Fangtasia only to be pulled over by a cop. Bills patience runs out with the cop but he doesn’t hurt him. He however gets to scare him into wetting his pants, and taking away his gun. His advice to the cop is to have a little more respect for the kind of vampires that he pulls over. With that he gets in his car and leaves, leaving a frightened half-to-death cop behind.

Bill makes it clear to all vampire buddies that Sookie is a no-go as a measure to protect her. Making a hasty retreat, the vampires leave as Sookie makes her way to the mansion. She gives Boll a heads up before taking blood from some infected vampire.

Jason keeps at it with Dawn with the idea of foreplay for him being scaring Dawn with a stocking over his head. Tara and Sam are in a deep conversation with Tara explaining how sick she is of her alcoholic mother that cannot keep her bottle or her rage away. Some is unwilling to listen, and it all ends with them kissing.

Jason with his feminine goes to Lafayette’s house to see if he could get Viagra to keep things up. Lafayette has an even better idea of vampire blood that though Jason is unwilling to take, his desperation leads him to. Unable to cough up the money for it, he is forced to dance in his underwear for Lafayette’s gay website.

Tara is at this time in Lafayette’s house and catches a glimpse of Jason doing the naked dance on record. Tara had some problems when she went home because of her mother that always picked up a fight with her. This time it goes a notch too far when she gets physical. Tara unable to take any more of her mom goes to seek comfort in Lafayette’s and that is why she was Jason doing the dance; of course with a mask over is head.

Episode 2: The First Taste

Bill finds Sookie in the middle of an attack by the Rattray’s and saves her as a way of returning the favor from his previous day’s encounter with them. Being a vampire, Bill is able to heal quickly and with this though in mind, he goes ahead to give the Sookie his own blood which raises her senses a little higher than their normal.

This leads to Bill getting an invitation to Gran’s house where Sookie’s grandmother and brother want to know her better. It’s pretty obvious that Jason is freaked out by the whole idea of vampires. The night unfolds and soon Sookie finds herself at Bills with the night growing old. Bill has a hard time fighting his desire to sink his teeth into Sookie but he tries his hardest not to let it show. Sookie returns to Bill’s a after her urges to see him again become too strong even for her. There she meets Bills friends, all of them being bloodsucking vampires.

Jason also gets released from police custody but his wrong rubbing off with the law seems almost natural to him with his inane tendencies.

The Rattray’s get killed by a freak tornado accident that puts an end to all their misdemeanor ways.

The vampires have not really been accepted into the society and a new church sets its best foot forward in fighting the attempts to give vampires an equal place in the human society as they are considered unholy.

Episode 1: Strange Love

The first episode starts off with a store clerk making-believe that she is a vampire only to see one for real and allowed to live after the vampire offers a warning.

Next we are taken to the real action where Sookie is on her usual job trying to close out all the private thoughts of people that she can listen to unintentionally. It gets annoying for her when some annoying customer that always visits make perverted thoughts of her. She tried to ignore it and let it pass since she is used to them. Her best friend Tara had informed her of how she quit her job and wanted to join her in her job.

It was during at this time that Bill walks in with a straight order of True Blood. With that he is forced to settle for red wine which he sips as interest is drawn towards him. Sookie is unable to contain her excitement and talks about him with her boss and best friend. Listening in on the Rattray’s thoughts she figures out what they plan to do with Bill and sure enough, they live with him and using silver chains bind him and start draining his blood for the black market. Sookie comes to the rescue and Bill offers his gratitude but his comments disgust her.

They meet up the next day but Sookie get it rough when the Rattray’s ambush her and leave her spitting blood as there is little she could do to save herself.
